About the company

ETK (Energitekniska Konstruktioner AB) is a contracting company operating in the energy sector. The company focus at total solutions for district heating  and electrical production units. We work solely with customer-specific solutions, taking our customers from the idea to the completely constructed and producing plant.

Vision

Our vision is to develop project management work and make it efficient in order to with just a few new employees increase the number of parallel running projects. Goals will be achieved through creative and motivated employees, giving ETK’s clients access to the company’s collective expertise.

Business concept

On contract basis within energy- and engineering sector assist local government heating, combined heat and power plant and also industrial process plant with customer specific solutions. With starting point from customers planing present one overall solution from idea to a complete erected and operating plant. Carried out with optimized and well reliable technology on commercial grounds.

Company history

The company was founded 1993 by Anders Nyman and Roland Nilsson. Today ETK is 100% owned by ETK Holding AB.

Financial information

ETK has an annual turnover of SEK 50-100 million with a good net operating income.

ETK has been assessed at the highest credit rating by UC.

Environmental Policy

The work of ETK and its suppliers shall entail minimal environmental impact. Our products shall be an alternative that uses energy economically.

This shall be accomplished by:

  • All employees taking responsibility for environmental efforts.
  • Reducing the amount of waste we produce to the greatest possible extent.
  • When making purchases, selecting the services, components, materials, etc. that generate the least amount of environmental impact within the applicable framework for price and quality requirements.
  • Being informed and following applicable environmental legislation.
  • Setting demands for our suppliers and consultants that are as high as the demands we set for ourselves.
  • Maintaining and developing our environmental management system.
